What makes one swim coach better than another? To be the best, these are
the "tools" I bring to all my swimming lessons. They are some of the
ideal qualities, an EZswimming instructor should possess.
Affection - concern for the people I teach, my desire to share
with them my love and knowledge of the sport.
Character - as a coach, I strive to take steps to become a good
role model to the students.
Passion - every session is like the very first lesson I taught
five years back, the excitement, enthusiasm and joy.
Humor - ability to laugh helps to make a serious skill-learning
session into something fun and entertaining.
Optimist - communicate with my pupils in an honest, positive
manner without resorting to negative criticisms.
Commitment - create the best and safest environment for students
to learn, train and excel.
